We're keto-fying your childhood favorite recipes. The Quevos community firmly believes that your low-carb diet should never be the reason that you can't indulge in nostalgic comfort meals -- so they've gotten creative in the kitchen. We're here to swear off the plain chicken breast and remind you that being keto or low-carb shouldn't mean sacrificing flavor.
While we love Quevos as a delicious savory snack, their crunchy texture also makes them the perfect substitute for breading. We've taken a (Instagram) page from some amazing customers' (recipe) book to amp up chicken dinners. And we guarantee your five-year-old-self will be begging for more.

Amanda (@amandaeatsketo) is constantly making recipes that leave us drooling over our phones -- and this chicken parm is no exception. "This is seriously one of the best meals I’ve made for a while," Amanda says, "SO GOOD! Chicken parm is one of my absolute favorite dishes and this was just a dang good recreation!"
Amanda "eyeballs" her recipes, so we kept things simple and sans measurements. She suggests a single serving of around 1/3 pound of ground chicken.

You’ve just started out on a low-carb diet. You know the basics: stick to proteins and fats, and keep your carb intake at bay. It seems simple enough -- until your snack choices whittle down to a cheese stick and you never feel totally full. When all carbs become the enemy, an already-restrictive diet or lifestyle may feel close to impossible. Luckily, there’s a “hack” in the system (your digestive system, that is) that promotes fullness and lets you sneak in extra carbs -- without cheating on your diet at all. Meet your new low-carb best friend: fiber.
